    Athletic Requirements for Eligibility
     
    Thank you for your interest in Spartans Athletics! There are three requirements that need to be met before a student qualifies to play:
    • A hard copy of the athletes’ current PHYSICAL must be turned in to the ASB Office. It must be signed and stamped by the doctor’s office as well as state that the student is cleared to participate in sports without restriction. If wrestling, there should be a minimum weight listed as well. Physicals are good for two years from the date of the exam.
    • Parents need to log in to their skyward family access and fill out the ONLINE ATHLETIC PACKET. If you need your login information, please call the school office for assistance.
    • Athlete must purchase an ASB card from the ASB office. ASB cards cost $15.00 and give students access to all clubs and sports at Cascade. In addition, being an ASB member gives you discounted rates to attend dances and high school sporting events as well.
