This will get you the information you need to play football at Cascade this fall!
Before you can participate in practice, you must complete ALL of the following:
- Athletic Participation Form/Physical Physical Medical Form
- Parent Online Athletic Registration Packet via Skyward Family Access Skyward athletic packet instructions
- ASB Card
ALL of these things need to be turned in BEFORE you can practice.
